CHICK PEAS, SAUSAGE MAKE EASY
SUPPER
 
This is an easy to prepare dish for spring suppers.

4 Italian sweet sausages or 2 sweet and 2 hot
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (about 1 lb.) garbanzos (chick peas or red)
1 tbsp. minced parsley

In a 10 inch skillet fry sausages until they are cooked and browned. Remove excess fat. Add onion; cook gently until wilted. Add tomato sauce; bring to a boil; add chick peas and parsley and heat. Makes 4 servings.
