ORIENTAL CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. plum sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. bean sauce
1 tsp. Chinese Five-Spice powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. white wine
1 whole chicken or total of 4 lbs. any chicken parts

Above ingredients can be purchased at large supermarkets.

Combine plum, soy, bean sauce, honey, Five-Spice powder, ginger, and wine. Mix well. Remove skin (optional) of chicken. Pour sauce over chicken and coat all sides of chicken in a large bowl. Cover and marinate for 2 nights in refrigerator. Bake chicken, uncovered, on a foil lined pan at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
