TANYA'S CABBAGE SOUP 
1 pkg. stew meat
1 tbsp. parsley
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 stalk celery
1 lime (to squeeze on soup)
1 pkg. flour or corn tortillas
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 pkg. (4 - 8) frozen corn on the cob
Fresh mushrooms (optional)

Brown meat. Boil with a pinch of garlic powder and garlic salt. Add parsley. Add carrots and celery. Boil 30 minutes. Add chopped cabbage, zucchini and corn. Boil 1 hour. Serve with warm tortillas and a squeeze of lime in soup. Makes 12 servings.
