LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil leaves
16 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
12 oz. (or more) Mozzarella cheese, grated
12 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked & drained

Brown meat and drain. Add tomatoes and stir in next four ingredients. Heat to boil, stir occasionally. Reduce and simmer 20 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together cottage cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. In ungreased 9"x13" pan, start with sauce, noodles, sauce, cheese, etc. end with layer of Mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered 45 minutes. Let stand at least 15 minutes before cutting.
