CHEESY VEGETABLES 
1 lb. cheese
Frozen bag broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower
1/2 stick butter
1 c. cracker crumbs

Melt cheese and 1/4 stick butter in 1-quart microwave dish. Mix in vegetables. Melt remaining butter and mix into crumbs. Microwave vegetables 10 minutes. Add crumbs on last 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
