TORTELLINI SALAD 
2 lbs. cooked cheese tortellini, drained and mixed with 8 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 c. toasted pignoli nuts
1/2 bunch chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. Crazy Jack salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 c. grated Italian cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Toss with cooked tortellini. Chill.
