CHEESY POTATO DISH 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thaw 30 minutes or longer
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. grated sharp cheese
Salt and pepper to taste (careful with salt)
Potato chips, crushed

Mix ingredients together; top with crushed potato chips and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 (9 x 13 inch) or 2 (8 inch) pans. Freeze 1 and bake the other.
