1 box white cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 c. 7-Up soda
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut

Mix and bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

2 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat until thick. Pour onto the cooled cake. Top with toasted coconut and the pecans.
