ITALIAN SPAGHETTI 
Boil 1 package spaghetti in salted water until well done.

1 lb. ground round or hamburger
1 bell pepper
1 lg. onion or 2 small
1 clove garlic
1 stalk or branch of celery
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can button or sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. grated American cheese

Chop onion, garlic and bell pepper. Mix with ground meat and fry in 3 tablespoons olive oil. When done, add to spaghetti along with chopped celery, tomato sauce and mushrooms. Place in baking dish in alternate layers with grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 1 hour.
