1 med. head cauliflower
1 med. head cabbage, 1/2 red, 1/2 white
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt, pepper

Chop cauliflower and cabbage to bite size pieces. Combine with onion and bacon fried crisp. Mix dressing. Combine with other. Cool several hours before serving.
