BEEF STEW | |
1 tbsp. fat 1 lb. beef, cubed 1 lg. onion, sliced Salt & pepper to taste 1 c. water 4 sm. potatoes 4 sm. carrots 1 c. tomatoes 1 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. water Brown meat in fat. Add salt and pepper. Add 1 cup water. Place potatoes, carrots and tomatoes over meat. Securely and cook 10-12 minutes at 15 pounds pressure. Mix flour and 1/4 cup water. Stir into stew to thicken. |
