JO'S MUSTARD AND MAYONNAISE
CHICKEN
 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. broiler fryer chicken, cut up
1/4 c. spicy prepared mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise

1. Arrange chicken pieces skin side up on a metal pizza pan. Combine mustard and mayonnaise; spread on chicken pieces.

2. Roast 35 minutes at 325 degrees; or until chicken next to bone is no loner pink. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
