OATMEAL CAKE 
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Pour water over oatmeal and butter. Let stand 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into pan sprayed with Baker's Joy. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 can coconut
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
