BRUSCHETTA 
Coarse Italian bread, thickly sliced
1 to 2 cloves garlic
Salt
Olive oil
Prosciutto (optional)

Toast bread slices under broiler. Rub raw garlic onto bread. Drizzle olive oil over top of bread slices. Season with salt. Top with slices of prosciutto. Also delicious topping with fresh tomatoes in the summer.
