LETTUCE AND SHRIMP SALAD 
Lettuce
Green onions
1 can shrimp or crab or chicken
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sesame seeds

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

1. In 1 tbsp. butter, brown crushed Ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. Stir constantly until light golden brown. Remove from pan and drain.

2. Drain shrimp and wash.

3. Mix dressing ingredients (best when mixed the day before).

4. Tear lettuce and cut onion. Mix all ingredients just before serving.
