CAPER SAUCE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. drained capers
2 tbsp. chopped pimientos
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. snipped chives

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and mustard. Mix well. Fold in celery, capers, pimientos, parsley and chives. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Good with hot or cold fish dishes. Yield 1 1/3 cups.
