CASHEW NUT LOAF 
2 c. raw cashews
2 c. cooked brown rice
2 c. soy milk
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. oil
4 slices whole wheat bread
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme or sage
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Place cashews in blender and chop. Dry the bread in oven and roll into crumbs. Steam the rice. Add rice and all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place in loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
