LADY FINGER SUPREME 
3 pkgs. lady fingers
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 lg. or 2 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Take a lasagna pan or equivalent, split lady fingers; put layer on bottom. Let pudding set for a few minutes; fold in Cool Whip and pineapple.

Spoon half of pudding over lady fingers; put another layer of lady fingers; spoon second half of pudding. Top with lady fingers.
