KUSSI 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 c. rice
1 onion, sliced
3 lg. cans tomatoes
5-8 sm. zucchini squashes

Cut ends of zucchini and hollow them out with a potato peeler or something like that, being careful not to tear sides on squash.

Mix hamburger, rice, and onion together. Stuff each squash with hamburger mixture. Put in large pan and pour tomatoes over it. Simmer until tender and eat.
