CAVATELLI WITH CAULIFLOWER 
8 oz. cavatelli
1 sm. head cauliflower
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 slice white bread, trimmed
1/4 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. butter
6 qts. water

Boil water. Add cut up cauliflower. Boil for 6 or 7 minutes. Add cavatelli. Cook until tender. Drain. Arrange on large platter. Saute crumbled bread in butter and oil until golden brown. Pour over pasta, sprinkle with cheese.
