CHICKEN SPICED FRIED 
1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 lb. chicken parts
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter

Combine flour, cinnamon, garlic salt, and curry powder. Brush chicken parts with lemon juice, roll in flour mixture to coat. Melt butter in large skillet. Brown chicken slowly on both sides. Cook over low heat 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken id tender. Makes 4 servings.
