PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. well-drained pineapple, crushed
2 c. zucchini
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. water

Bake in 2 loaf pans greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
