PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 sm. box instant pistachio pudding mix
3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. club soda or sm. can 7-Up

Mix and bake according to the directions on the box of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 c. milk

Blend in 9 ounce Cool Whip. Spread on cake and refrigerate.
