ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 (1 lb.) cake
1 carton frozen topping, thawed
Foil
1 block of ice cream, any flavor
OPTIONS: chocolate sauce, nuts, fresh fruit and, or sauce

Place enough foil on counter to wrap finished cake. Slice pound cake horizontal (twice - 3 pieces). Unwrap ice cream and slice. Place ice cream over cake and layer using all 3 pieces of cake.
