WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice or 1/2 c. white rice and 1/2 c. wild rice
3 c. boiling water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt, celery salt and garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper, paprika and poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. MSG (optional)
1 crumbled bay leaf
6 tbsp. chopped onion
2 cans mushrooms
2 1/2 c. chopped almonds or water chestnuts
2 tbsp. parsley
Pinch of thyme
1 1/2 lb. ground beef

1 lb. lean ground beef
3 1/2 oz. can French fried onions
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
1/4 tsp. thyme - leaves, optional
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can French-style green beans, drained
