1/2 c. butter
3 egg yolks
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 mashed bananas
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. walnuts
3 egg whites

Cream butter, egg yolks, sugar and bananas. Sift together flour and soda; add to mixture. Add sour cream and nuts. Beat egg white until fluffy. Fold in last. Bake in greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
