2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter
2 c. pecans

Cook in large bowl. Combine, sugar, soda, and butter. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 70% for 15 minutes. Stir and cook 13-15 minutes longer. Add vanilla and beat with mixer until soft peaks form. Stir in pecans. Put in butter brownie pan. Cook and cut in squares.

LIME JELLO SALAD:

Lg. pkg. lime Jello
Cream cheese, room temperature
Miniature marshmallows
Crushed pineapple

Pour boiling water over the cream cheese, marshmallows, and the Jello. Beat until the mixture is all melted. Stir in pineapple.
