GRAPENUT BREAD 
1/2 c. Grapenuts soaked in warm to cover
1 c. sour milk
1 egg
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Grapenuts added last. Let rise 25 minutes. Bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 1 loaf. I always double this recipe.
