RAISIN BREAD 
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
2 tbsp. honey
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. flour

Dissolve yeast and honey in the 1 cup warm water. Add 2 cups flour, salt and melted butter. Mix with mixer. Add 1 more cup flour, bunch of raisins and cinnamon. Let rise in warm place 45 minutes. Mix with wooden spoon 2 minutes. Grease bread pan. Spoon into pan and let rise 40 minutes. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
