BAKED HALIBUT | |
1 cup cornflakes, crushed 1 tbsp. soy Parmesan cheese 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/3 cup flour 3 tbsp. egg substitute 3 tbsp. milk 4 (4 oz each) halibut salt and pepper, to taste In a shallow dish, stir cornflakes, cheese, and cayenne pepper. In another shallow plate, add flour. In a small bowl, whisk egg with milk. Season fish with salt and pepper. Dredge fish in flour, shake off excess flour. Dip fish in milk mix, then coat with cornflake mix on all sides. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Serves 4. Heat oven to 450°F. Place fish on baking pan. Spray fish with cooking spray.
