WHOLE WHEAT SNICKERDOODLES 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Shape into balls, roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture, flatten with bottom of a glass. Bake at 375 degrees 8-10 minutes.
