NORWEGIAN APPLE CAKE 
1 1/3 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3-4 apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar

1. Soften butter and add sugar.

2. Mix and add eggs.

3. Put baking powder and flour together; then mix.

4. Add topping.

5. Set oven at 400 degrees. Bake for about 40 minutes, until nicely browned.

1. 3-4 apples, sliced and peeled.

2. Mix apples with cinnamon (2 teaspoons).

3. Add sugar (2 tablespoons).

4. Place on top of uncooked dough and push apples slightly in.
