I.'S BAKED FISH 
1 lg. lake trout
2 lg. onions, sliced
3 tbsp. flour
4 slices bacon
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. water

Clean and wash fish. Dry inside and out. Gash fish on back and place in Pyrex dish. Saute onions in tablespoon oil slowly. Brown flour in dry skillet. Put 2 slices of bacon inside fish. Put 2 slices on top of fish. Pour onion over fish. Sprinkle with browned flour, cover with water. Bake slowly at 350 degrees until browned.
