LASAGNA 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. savory
2 bay leaves
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 med. can tomato puree
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 lg. can water
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lg. box lasagna noodles
3 (4-6 oz.) pkgs. grated Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef to sausage. Add dry ingredients. Add sauce, puree, paste and water. Simmer for 3 to 4 hours. For crock pot cooking, cook 10 to 12 hours on low. Cook 1 large box noodles and drain. Place enough sauce to cover bottom of oblong cake pan. Put layers of noodles, sauce and cheese. Top with a little extra cheese if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
