ENCHILADAS 
3 cans enchilada sauce (mild)
1 can black olives, pitted
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 pkg. soft corn taco shells

Brown hamburger, pour off grease. Put hamburger in a bowl and mix sauce, cut up or mash olive, mix in hamburger and sauce. In a 2 quart pan, 2" or 3" high, put a row of shells, then a layer of hamburger mixture, then a row of cheese. Repeat until ingredients are gone making sure cheese rests on top. Heat on 350 degrees until cheese melts.
