STUFFED RIPE PLUM TOMATOES 
Cut in half and remove seeds. Scoop out some pulp. Slice a thin slice from bottom.

1 c. broccoli, chopped, cooked or spinach

Put in bowl, add cheese.

3/4 c. cubed Provolone, Mozzarella, Cheddar
2 tsp. parsley
Pepper

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in pan. Add chopped 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste and 1 cup fresh bread crumbs. Then add to broccoli and mix. Use casserole. Stuff tomatoes, top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
