CHEESY BROCCOLI 
8 tsp. butter
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. onion, finely chopped
20 oz. frozen broccoli
2/3 c. dry milk
4 tsp. onion bouillon
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
4 oz. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. mushrooms with liquid

Saute onion and celery in butter; set aside. Cook and drain broccoli. In an 8 x 10 inch pan or dish, combine all ingredients. Stir well. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
