PARTY CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts, boned & skinned
1 c. sour cream
8 slices bacon
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)

Lightly grease casserole dish (2 x 6 x 12 inch) and line with chipped beef. Wrap each piece of chicken in a slice of bacon and place in dish, uncovered, on the beef.

Mix well the sour cream and mushroom soup. Spread over chicken. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours. There will be a thin crust of light brown over the whole thing when done. This can be made ahead of time and frozen.
