1 lb. browned ground beef
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 c. hot water
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Salt and garlic to taste
1 (5 count) can biscuits

Mix all together in casserole dish. Biscuits on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
