DO AHEAD SPINACH TORTILLAS 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
5 scallions, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pkg. Original HIDDEN VALLEY® mix
1 c. mayonnaise
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Mix first 6 ingredients together thoroughly with spoon. Spread mixture on tortillas and roll up. Chill overnight in refrigerator. Slice in pieces next day. You can halve or cut in smaller pieces if you want to use them as an hor d'oeuvre.
