SPINACH TORTILLA BITES 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thaw and drain well
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. salad dressing
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 jar of Bacos (more if desired)
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dressing Mix
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Mix first seven ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Roll tortillas and cut in 1 inch slices using a sharp knife. Arrange cut side up on a tray and refrigerate overnight. Recipe may be cut in half.
