1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 box Crispix cereal
1 box confectioners' sugar

In bowl, microwave on high for 3 minutes, the butter, peanut butter, and chocolate. Cool slightly. Pour cereal, sugar and mixture from bowl into a large paper or plastic bag and shake vigorously, with bag closed.
