NO CRUST APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (black walnuts)
2 c. apples, peeled and chopped

Mix sugar, flour and egg. Add next five (5) ingredients and blend well. Stir in nuts and apples. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
