CHERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. butter
1 lg. egg
2 c. cherry pie filling (or any favorite)
1 1/3 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar, walnuts, baking powder and salt. Mix in butter until crumbly. Add egg; mix until dough forms. Generously grease 9x13 inch pan. Press dough on bottom of pan. Spread fruit evenly over crust. Pour Eagle Brand over fruit. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
