ROYAL RICE 
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions with tops
2 tbsp. butter
3 cups cooked rice (cook in beef broth)
1 cup mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 tsp. salt

Sauté onions and butter until soft. Add rice, salt and mushrooms. Heat thoroughly. Fluff lightly with a fork.
