CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 lb. pkg. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients in large covered saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Use caution, as berries pop and can splash on you and stove. This is so easy and good, you'll never buy canned cranberry sauce again. Can be served hot or cold.

For sugar-free cranberry sauce, substitute sugar with 8-12 packets of powdered sugar substitute, or to taste.
