1 box Nilla Vanilla wafers
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 can of cherry pie filling

Put cupcake papers in muffin tins and put 1 Nilla wafer in each. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and fluffy. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Top with a spoonful of cherry pie filling.
