JOANNE'S IRISH CHICKEN 
2-3 eggs
6 boneless chicken breasts, cut up
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
4 lg. slices Muenster cheese
2 low sodium bouillon cube in 1 c. water
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Marinate chicken in eggs for 2 hours. Mix bread, garlic powder, salt, and parsley flakes in plastic bag. Coat chicken in this mixture and brown in oil. In 13 x 9 inch pan layer chicken, mushrooms, and cheese. Pour bouillon water over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
