CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) Baker's German sweet chocolate
1/3 c. heavy whipping cream
2 eggs
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
Chocolate graham cracker crust

Microwave chocolate on high 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, during that time blend eggs, syrup, vanilla and heavy cream in blender until smooth. Gradually add cream cheese cubes, blend until smooth. Add melted chocolate and blend. Pour mixture into a chocolate graham cracker crust and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool on rack. Then cover and chill after cold melt. Remaining chocolate and drizzle over top until it is "splattered" looking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
