LIME THIGHS 
4-6 skinless chicken thighs
Olive oil
1/4 c. sweetened lime juice (or unsweetened ReaLime)
3/4 c. water
Ground ginger
Rosemary leaves

In a shallow casserole dish, brown thighs in olive oil. Add water and lime juice. Add couple dashes ground ginger. Add couple dashes of rosemary leaves. Bring to boil, then immediately reduce heat, cover. Simmer on low heat 1 1/2 to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
